Called for a 50 gal. water heater at 10 AM.Chase quoted me a reasonable price and stated that he will arrive at 4 PM and will call when he is on his way. Arrived at 3:58 PM. He was patient with my questions and took the time to explained everything. I would highly recommend !!!

Install 50 gallon AO Smith GCG 50 400.
Install 50 gallon AO Smith water heater. Replaced shutoff for the gas and water supply. Shortened the distance for the flue for better draft.
Repair AO Smith GCV 40 100 pilot assembly. The pilot would go out as soon as the "top knob" was released. Water Heater was built in 2006.
Install 50 gallon A.O. Smith with new shut off valves. Also noticed an excessive amount of dryer lint which will be looked into.
